Every router is different, so I cannot possibly give a detailed guide for everyone. This should provide you with enough information to get you through it.

Find the file you downloaded and exract it to steam/steamapps/common/starbound/mods.

This is probably the simplest method in terms of keeping the mod updated for both the host and the other players that play on their server. If you do not know where the starbound_server.exe is located you can find it by: Step2: Goto where you downloaded the PenGUIn.exe file and move it it to your starbound directory where the вЂњstarbound_server.exeвЂќ is that you use to launch your server normally.
